Weymouth Angling Centre Chesil Beach Flatfish Open 2020 - CANCELLED
Due to the current Coronvirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the extremely unique circumstances that face us all we have with a heavy heart decided to CANCEL the Weymouth Angling Centre Chesil Beach Flatfish Competition on Sunday April 5th. The competition normally attracts from 150 to 200 anglers with many of the anglers travelling from overall the UK and falling into the vulnerable categories as highlighted by the Government. We are of course saddened that we cannot operate this competition but we have a duty of care and feel it is the right thing to do.
In regard to the Weymouth Angling Centre shop in St Edmund Street, Weymouth we will remain open until advised otherwise by the Government.
Regarding our mail order service via our website, Ebay and phone we will continue to pick, pack and deliver orders as long as the postal and courier services operate.
Open 0630 – 1800 - 7 days a week – at present our shop stock is good and our bait suppliers delivering as normal.
With our events later in the year we will keep you informed as things unfold in the coming weeks.

Rules
- All fish to be brought back to the registration point for measure by 6pm.

After recording fish are to be returned where possible unless kept for table.

Fishing within indentified boundaries between Abbotsbury Dragons Teeth to Hive Beach, you can drive between the boundaries.

Fishing positions may not be reserved until the competitor has registered.
