Penn Fathom Lever Drag 15 fishing reel is super tough.
The stainless steel gear train in our Fathom Lever Drag doesn't get much tougher. Machined from stainless steel and drilled out for weight reduction, these gears offer the perfect combination of strength and speed. The Dura-Drag material contains a special Phenolic bonding agent that prevents premature breakdown of the carbon fibre material while providing a barrier to water. We then pre-treat each drag washer with a special compound developed by Penn engineers.. say good-bye to jerky drags and lost fish.
