If you registered with us when you completed your order, or at any other point, you can check the status of your orders as follows:
If your order is sent by courier, we will include a tracking URL in your order dispatch confirmation email. Alternatively, you can check on your order status via the website. Go to your Purchase info page (see “How do I check my order status?”), then click on the “See full order details” link below the order you’d like to track and, if there is a tracking URL for that order, it will be listed on the right hand side under the “Other details” heading.

Orders placed on a working day (Monday - Friday) are normally dispatched within 2 working days, although many go out same day. Any order placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will normally be dispatched within 2 working days of the first working day.
