The Santiago drag system alllows you to fine-tune your settings to your line strength and type of fishing. Fin-Nor recommends that customised drag adjustments to be done with the push-button drag lever in the ''Free'' position.

The drag lever offers a wide range of drag and activates your custom ''Strike'' setting, with additional strength all the way to the ''Full'' setting.

The Santiago drag can be fine-tuned over a wide range. It is designed for incredibly smooth performance from free spool all the way to total lock-down if desired.

An easy turn of the dial allows the reel to switch back to high speed for quicker line pickup.

The simple push of a button put the reel into low gear, offering you all the power you need, when you want it, to fight big game fish.
