Secure Credit Card Use
Weymouth Angling Centre's shopping facility cart is fully secure. All payments are collected by our secure payments provider Barclaycard Services. None of our customer's card details are held by Weymouth Angling Centre.
Warranty
We pride ourselves on our customer service and knowledge of products. (That makes us sound like a bunch of know-it-all-creeps, please let me assure you we're not, we just want to do our best for you). All of our sales are fully guaranteed and all come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Any goods that are found to be faulty upon receipt will be replaced immediately at our expense. Please phone our customer services on +44 (0) 1305 777771 or email wac@deepsea.co.uk for replacement information. This must be done within 48hrs of delivery.
Should a parcel arrived damaged please sign for "damaged on receipt". Should an item fail when in use please contact us and we will advice you how to make a warranty claim (This does not affect your statutory rights). For full information on returns, please see our returns page.
Sadly at this current time we cannot guarantee you will catch fish but we'll help you do your best.
Complaints
We take complaints seriously and will act on any complaints received. You, the customer, are what makes our shop a success and help make our daily working lives a little brighter, if you're not happy then neither are we. So if something's wrong don't moan to your mates (unless it's a personal matter and nothing to do with fishing then please feel free), moan to us and we'll do what ever we can if possible to make things right.
